ALTERNATIVE ABOVE AND BEYOND ACTIVITY:

Sunday, November 7th (2-6 pm) - Test Gainesville's Waters with Ms. Boyagian! We will be traveling to various spots around gainesville to test the water quality! Come out with me and help run the tests and record the data - you may come to one location or all! Your choice. We will collect data to be used in a class experiment! Detail schedule to follow.

Schedule:

Stop 1: meet at Bivens Arm Park at 2 pm

Stop 2: meet at Lake Alice at 3 pm

Stop 3: meet Hogtown Creek at 4 pm

Stop 4: meet at Sweetwater Branch at 5 pm

Friday, November 12th (5-9pm) - Wild Night Out with the Lubee Bat Conservancy. Work with bat scientists and study Florida's local species! Cost: $10 per adult in attendance. Click the link above for more info! Registration is required!

Friday, November 12th (5-10 pm) - Starry Night at the Florida Museum of Natural History. Take a look at the stars with the UF Astronomy club and more. Click link above for more info.
