Field Guide Entries

To make your entry, follow these instructions:

1. Go to this website in a new Tab by right clicking on the link and selecting "open link in a new tab"
2. At the bottom of the screen, click on the button for "ACTION"
3. Select "Download as a PPT"
4. When you have the slide open,Save as "yourname.mineralname"
5. Insert your information (your pictures, information, and story) into the slide.
6. When you are finished, email to me at boyagianml@gm.sbac.edu.

TO GET YOUR PICTURES INTO THE POWERPOINT:
If its on a USB:
1. In powerpoint, go to "INSERT"
2. Select "Picture"
3. Select "From File"
4. In the browser window, find your USB and open picture.
5. IF PICTURE IS REALLY LARGE: move it around until you can select a corner and resize it.

If its on email:
1. In your email, right click on your picture.
2. Select "Copy"
3. Switch to your powerpoint
4. right click, and select "Paste"
