Close the Day...Open your Mind. The Florida Museum of Natural History is open late on these special Thursday nights! Co-sponsored by the University of Florida Student Government.

Winner of two Academy Awards, this documentary aims to inspire viewers to reverse the effects of global warming, but it fails to address the controversy surrounding this issue. Explore the politics of the global warming debates with UF Political Science Professor Albert Matheny. *

For 50 points Extra Credit: Attend the viewing and the debate, then write a 1/2 page (preferably typed) response on whether or not you agree with the arguments presented. Make sure to support your argument with examples from scientific data, the movie, or the debate.
