Note: My apologies for the hiatus. We've been experiencing some unfortunate technical difficulties over the past couple of weeks. The website should be back on track starting today. I'll try to put up a back log of class activities within the next couple of days!

REVIEW NOTES

• Review notes taken yesterday
• Correct Review sheets
• TEST on Friday (Thursday for band members), and Notebook check!

ABOVE AND BEYOND OPTIONS:

1. Write about a famous natural disaster in history (hurricane, blizzard, ice storm, flood, tornado) (1 page)

2. Write about a famous meterologist or a historical figure in weather history. (1 page w/picture)

3. Write a 1 page journal log about your personal experience in a natural disaster (must have actually happened to you - include approx. date and specific information about the storm)

GAMES, CORNELL NOTES, and PRAYING MANTIS

• Monday: Last round of games, working on cornell notes, and releasing praying mantis in to the wild.
• Tuesday: Releasing praying mantis (2nd period), working in groups to come up with key points for each section.
• Wednesday: Students work in pairs to make good question and answer sheets for study guides.
